First my reservation was put into thwre system wrong. And booked a month ahead of trip. Called several times also saying I would be here by 1015pm. Im waiting for the woman to do login. A young lady with no reservation walks up and states she doesnt have a reservation. Attendant hands her the cell phone and woman gets the last seat in van. So get bumped to 1115pm pretty messed up I paid a month in advance for my seat. Very poor customer service at airport service. Should of just paid for the ride with friend. Give two stars in the hopes that 1115pm ride will be on time and be a comfortable ride.
