I really dislike Pearson. It's far from downtown Toronto and the check-in hall is really disorienting. Going through U.S. customs is okay since there are so many kiosks, but the next layer of security is slow, unfriendly, and ends with a steep elevator ride into the bowels of the airport. Shopping selections are poor and seating areas are pretty uncomfortable. I think my dislike of Pearson is heightened by my need to fly a turbo prop between Toronto and Baltimore.
