Hubby and I were on vacation and looking for a restaurant with fresh food. We were not disappointed. The green gazpacho was unusual and full of tasty flavors. The shrimp with penne was perfectly cooked (I.e. no "rubber" shrimp) and the crispy chicken was indeed crisp...the veggies prepared retaining their freshness.
Our son is an executive chef so we took the time to tell the cook how much we enjoyed the dinner. He was delighted that we took the time to seek him out and said it meant so much to him. Clearly he was serious about his work.
