  • My husband was so excited to try the dumplings today at the Second Sunday Surprise Food Truck Festival. We decided on potstickers as well as the Shrimp Dumplings. The woman working the truck was so friendly and smiled the entire time we were ordering and waiting for our food. The presentation of the food was beautiful. I tried my best to get a great photo of it, but my husband was so quick to eat it lol. They both cane with fresh fruit and a side of rice. The shrimp dumplings and the potstickers were both so flavorful that we didn't even use any soy sauce or anything else. I'd definitely love to eat here again if I saw the truck around the valley
