  • Pros- Price, layout of the units, good location, great community activities Cons - the hallways smell especially the first floor, the pools are disgusting, the stairwells are the most insanely filthy places in the complex. Its if maintenance/management doesn't walk the community. I have been looking at the same trash and fur-balls plus enduring the smell of urine everyday for months. (in the stairwells ) There is new management and though im not sure they're exactly the right fit for Southend, it seems they have been able to get the front of the house running more smoothly. Not fixed but a lot better. Just wondering when they plan on being more aggressive with the up keep of the community grounds
