Gee, I'm totally shocked by all the poor reviews....
First, no one answers the phone at this location so good luck if you need to talk to someone.
Besides this location, my beef is with the whole company itself. I had a "lost item". I realized it when I got to the airport. I called the location, but no one answers the phone. It was 12am. I was just there an hour prior. There was no other customers so it wasn't busy. So I did exactly what I was supposed to do; I located my item online and filled out a lost item report. I got a reference number. I again tried calling the location when I got home and throughout the week; of course no answer. I periodically kept checking up on it online. The response was they were still trying to locate the item. Days turn to weeks to over a month. I finally call the company and talk to someone. They tell me they cannot help me, especially since they only hold onto items for 30 days. I wrote a complaint through the website 3 weeks ago. Still have yet to hear back. Thrifty dropped the ball, again and again. The customer care and service is seriously lacking. Never again will I rent with Thrifty.
Oh, not to mention, I waited about 5 hours for a car at this location even with a reservation. But I sucked it up and didn't even complain about that. I just wanted my sunglasses back. Never again.
(I rented the weekend of Oct. 10th for 5 days.)
