  • Took my phone to have the screen replaced. Was told to return in 1.5 hrs. Returned 2 hours late and was told the replacement didn't work, but they'd take it to another store nearby (which was nice). I was told to return in an hour. I called to make sure it was ready but was told to wait another 20 mins. 30 mins later I called and was told it would be another 15 mins. After another 30 mins just drove down. The edge was scratched and curled from prying the screen off. There are other places that use better quality materials and do better work for half the price and in less time.
