  • I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a 27 year old AC unit that was way overdue for replacement and Air Fix came to my rescue. I had probably 5 other companies come out and give me estimates but nobody had a better value than Air Fix. They even went as far as telling me about some rebates that NV energy had on higher efficiency units. The best part was, they handled the entire rebate end of it, so it was like getting free money. Eva was very helpful in answering all questions I had - she even reached out to me by text message and was very easy to work with. Technicians John, Jesse and Sam were all very knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me throughout the whole process. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. They even took the time to explain the features and how everything works which really meant a lot to me. The way they all coordinated the job was just phenomenal. They even made sure I was involved in any decision making. Long story short, swapping the air handler in the attic was much like shoving a square peg in a round hole but they made it look easy. My early 90s home was definitely not built with an HVAC technician in mind. If you're looking for an honest opinion and quality service at a fair price, these are the people you want in your house. Keep up the great work!
