  • Just like any other Best Buy. Employees are not that well educated on the store sales or the systems. Online pick ups can take up to 15-20 minutes, if you get someone who doesn't know what they are doing. I only go to best buy to check out the items that I am looking at buying online. Customer service definitely needs to be improved, as well as their old software for cash registers.
