  • I went here because of the positive Yelp reviews and they were able to schedule my friend and I for a mani-pedi appt right away (went early afternoon). My friend got great service...I did not. There was an assumption made on the package I was purchasing and once I notified that I was not, the associate assisting me became rude, which was awkward since we were going to be in close proximity for the next hour or so. I give 2 stars for the time efficiency (they were quick - only about an hour for a mani/pedi) and for the service my friend received. My gel mani has bubbles and specks sealed into the nail polish. It's nothing to noticeable, but definitely brings quality into question. I may try this place again...but I'll search elsewhere first. The inconsistent service makes me very hesitant, as well as the awkward and uncomfortable experience.
