| - What a professional duo!
I met with Brooke several weeks back in regard to wedding invites. She was incredibly professional, friendly and creative. Our ideas were all over the place but she was able to narrow things down resulting in us leaving with HUGE smiles and a ton of reassurance. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we were not able to continue business with them. This was completely our fault, as we waited until the last minute to order invites. Brooke and Michael are perfectionists when it comes to their work and are a smaller business. As we all know, perfection tends to take more time than your average run-of-the-mill work. They were very cool with our cancellation and even agreed to reimburse us for a huge chunk of the down payment we made (even though we signed a contract stating otherwise) which was deeply appreciated.
I'd recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect invite, save-the-date or basically any type of mailing in general.. (menus, thank you cards, birthday invites, holiday cards, etc..)
It looks like business is going well as I recently read that they have a new retail space they'll be moving into! Their listed five stars is absolutely a direct reflection on their work and customer service. Just remember, you truly get what you pay for and perfection takes time!
