Most unprofessional Medspa I ever been to. The owner has horrible customer service skills and is really rude. She keeps at least 5 dogs in the room so it smells great. Plan on several other customers seeing your problem areas and you seeing theirs. They have no separation between the waiting area and start the next customer while you are on a vibration plate 3 feet away from the bed. Crazy! My first visit I purchased another area B-12 shots and prepaid 70.00 in gratuity. I had 7 treatments and saw no results so I decided it was not worth the experience and interaction with Kim (both on phone and in person) to go back for the remaining. Expensive mistake.
