  • For the past 3 years, I've been a regular customer until today. I don't know what has changed, but the customer service here has really taken a turn for the worst. During my past few appointments, i was made to sit and wait at least 10 to 15 minutes while the person I'm scheduled with is laughing it up in the break room fully aware that I'm sitting there waiting at her station. This was extremely insulting me and disrespectful of my time. I told the owner that I wasn't waiting anymore and walked out. There's other nail establishments that are just as good, if not better, that can have my business. They treated me as an "expectation" and not as a valued customer. Very disappointing.
