  • I just recently bought a used vehicle and after the purchase I decided to take it to a repair shop to get it checked out. At first, I took my car to a repair shop off Via Linda in Scottsdale and they said that I needed $1,500 worth of work done on my car (most of the cost being for my struts and shocks). Being a young woman that I am, I didn't believe them and I decided to get a second opinion so I took my car to another shop in Scottsdale off of Raintree. They told me that I would be looking at $1,600 in repairs for the same reasons as the first place, but this time they also claimed that my frame had been bent on the front of my car. They recommended I see a frame specialist before getting all of that work done, so they referred me to a frame specialist on 8th street and Cave Creek Road. I went to the frame specialist and he said that there was no frame damage and referred me to Car Tune Diagnostics because he knew I had been running around trying to find the truth about what was wrong with my car. So I brought my car to Car Tune and I spoke with Albert and he couldn't have done a better job. He was so transparent and honest I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. He informed me that my struts nor my shocks were bad and that I only needed to have my rotors resurfaced and my repairs (total) ended up costing me only $145. My car runs great now and I couldn't be more impressed. I would recommended Albert for anyone, especially for women who don't have an auto mechanic that they can trust. I will be back. Thank you.
