  • Take your business elsewhere! There are many cleaners in the valley, so no need to use Delia's. Admittedly, their services are usually fine, but if you have any issue with your cleaning, it is a hassle since they clean their clothes offsite and a manger is not usually in the store. I was jerked around for too long after they stained my suit jacket. I had used Delia's several times for dress pant and suit cleaning without any issue. I picked up my suit and found that they had stained the inside sleeves. They handled that situation well and took it back without a problem to clean it. When I went in to pick it up, I had to find out myself they had incompletely taken out the stain. This was unacceptable, so they took the suit back, and I was told to expect a check in the mail. Instead, two weeks later I received a letter in the mail saying it was cleaned! I have the suit, and it is clean, but there's no reason this shouldn't have been solved the first time. I didn't get to talk to a manager the whole time despite asking the front desk folks to have her call me and leaving voice mails at their regional office. This place is managed poorly, but the front desk folks are nice!
