  • I called for a repair on our refrigerator. Tech said he could come out and give us an estimate. He gave me a three hour window. Two hours in, he called back but missed his call by 3 minutes. I quickly returned his call and left a message that we were still waiting for him. I tried calling several more times over the next hour and left more messages. He did not call me back. I called one last time and cancelled. Not impressed. Apparently they have more business than they need. I called another company and they came out immediately.
