  • I received treatment here for about two months. Both in neck/spine adjustments and acupuncture. One instance during my treatment with Dr. Amoia, he did acupuncture on my neck... put about 20 needles in my neck. 15 minutes go by - 30 minutes goes by - 45 minutes goes... I soon realize they forgot about me so I start shouting for help. I couldn't stand up, I was in severe pain... an hour goes by. Eventually someone heres me and gets the needles out of my neck. Dr. Amoia realizes he forgot to give me the button to press... incase they forget. I tell them I'm not paying for that particular days visit due to their negligence. He agrees... I later get a bill in the mail for the visit anyway. Try explaining it to the staff... I keep getting letters in the mail about them trying to bill me. The icing on the cake is... they eventually put me into collection even tho, we agreed that visit was supposed to be free due to their negligence and the severe pain I experienced. You are lucky I didn't sue you! The least I can do is warn others about your practice.
