  • Never thought it could be true of my beloved burrito chain, but really everyone on Yelp is spot on, this Chipotle sucks! They make the worst food here. My burrito was so overstuffed and soggy it fell apart before it was even finished. They are not friendly at all. And they cannot keep up with the lunch rush, often times butting in with phone/internet orders of 5-10 items having you stand and wait right in front of them. Line was 15 people deep when I arrived and 25 by the time I left...went right out the door. And since I waited nearly 30 minutes I can't imagine what those folks were in store for. Can't even stock the napkins either. Build a back counter operation for your pickup orders you dummies!
