  • This company is horrible. Congrats on your overall 2 stars on Yelp. You deserve 0. My home warranty company scheduled a faucet repair, and after 2 weeks of dealing with these idiots, it is still not fixed. The girl who schedules appointments (I think her name is Bre, but she tries to say it so fast that you can't understand so you don't know who to complain about) is rude and lazy. She sounds like an angsty millennial with no customer service skills. Their plumbers (we had Jason) are also lazy and try to find reasons why not to do work. Seems counterproductive to running a business... Sometimes they just don't show up for appointments while you wait during a 4-hour window. We finally just had the home warranty company switch our issue over to a different plumbing service, and the issue was resolved in just a few days.
