If you think you have experienced a really bad customer service before, an appointment with Dr. Brian Diep and especially a talk with the office ladies will make your previous experience a heaven in comparison. I have never seen an office lady as RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and PETTY as a woman by the name of KRISTINE who currently takes in calls for Dr. Diep. I called the office to clear a misunderstanding, and she sassily told me that it's not her job to do so. Kristine degraded me, saying that she didn't understand my English so she couldn't talk to me further. Sigh. My English might be too perfect, too elegant, too concise for her broken English to translate into. I feel bad for Dr. Diep because his staff will make him lose more patients than his skill. FYI, a talk with her will itch your ears, less alone a glimpse of her face will make your face break out. SO BEWARE!
