  • I absolutely loved living here. Yes the HOA was really strict but they also took care of everything for the complex. The grounds were always green and beautiful, buildings maintained, pools always running, etc. The place generally looked great all of the time. If I ever had an issue, it was fixed immedietly. I rarely saw people and it was always quiet. As a single female living alone for the first time I also felt super safe. My only complaint is that you can't be out under the ramadas after 10 pm. I work nights and this was a perfect time for me to study or do homework. I understand the rule that it prevents parties or loud noise but it sucks for reasons like mine. I also wasn't very keen on the idea that when you want to go to the pool you would need to bring your apt # with you to display. Um, no thank you. I'm a single female. The last thing I would want is someone "knowing" which apt I'm in from my number being displayed. Might as well just tape my door key to it. All in all, it was a great place to rent.
