  • Dear Luci, I love you, I really do. I look forward to my first drink of coffee from you as soon as I wake up. I love spending my spare time at your sister location. I know if I've had a cup of joe from Luci's my day is off to a good start. However, the fact that I have to wait KILLLLS me. I can't understand why 80% of the time only one person is working in the morning - I waited for a drink on Tuesday for 7 minutes, on a Friday when they had two/three people I waited 12 minutes..this doesn't include the line time that I waited to just place my order. - maybe you make me wait so I'll buy Chachkies..if that's the case well played.
