  • Very dishonest office staff. No help navigating the insurance world. Definitely count your own office visits and dig into your policy yourself because they will not be helpful. If you need prior authorization, call your insurance yourself because they will not keep track of your visits or call to extend treatment- but will run your bill up. My balance was $500 before the mistake was caught by office staff- $600 mistake in the end that I either paid or was turned over to collections. My insurance called this office "shady" and had me complete forms to request disassociation. Buyer beware. Other chiropractic offices have been much more helpful since. Shop around.
