  • Lipstick on a pig. I upgraded to two stars, because this area is so incredible. But as far as these apartments go I'm leaving. I'm tired of paying SO much for a so-so apartment. They're small, and I have one of the larger ones (and believe me I pay for it). Their idea of ''luxury'' is tract lighting and an ice machine on the refrigerator. I guess I have higher standards. I had a hard time with the office when I first rented here, my apartment wasn't ready on time and I had several complaints when I finally did move in. It took months before my apartment was completely livable, but of course no discount on the rent while I lived in a sub-par apartment. From what others say I do not expect to get any deposits back, even though I've only lived here a short time and keep my place very clean. Honestly I just want to get out and stop paying this ridiculous amount of rent every month. If you're on the first floor you will hear your upstairs neighbors, second floor this goes for too since there are three levels. You'd think as new as these are they would have been built more soundly but this is not the case. If you have kids above you then forget about it, the noise will be endless. The pool is open 24/7 so expect 3 am drunk swimmers in the summertime. It happens a lot. Maintenance is very prompt and friendly. I have no complaints with them. There is NO additional parking! If you are a two car family get home early or you won't have a space. Expecting people to park on the street at these prices is insane. I've had guests call me and say they are here, but searching for parking. There just isn't enough. I was impressed with their models and I love this area but I've found cheaper housing just a few minutes away and not in some giant apartment complex. Save your money and look around this area.
