We did a staycation at the Phoenician and tried this restaurant one night. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because you can't ignore the view and all of the problems we had were recognized, owned and dealt with immediately by the Manager, Pat. The service was the worst we've had at any restaurant. Our drink glasses were removed and we weren't offered a refill or another drink. They ran out of dinner rolls and offered us burnt sourdough toast (for real). The food took forever to come out of the kitchen. When it finally arrived, three our of four meals were wonderful. We understand that a kitchen can be slow, but have the waitstaff who can offer customers the opportunity to not notice, by being kind and personable and apologetic rather than rude and afraid to talk to your table. We would probably give it another try just once.
