  • Very disappointed with GoodLife. When I walk in, I see three or four GoodLife girls crowded at reception chatting and laughing away. When I went up to ask them if someone had turned in a debit/credit card the manager simply answered NO. I asked her if she could please look around front desk in case someone else was at the front desk. She opened and shut the front drawer and answered (nope sorry). What shocked me was the fact she didn't ask for my name or phone number in case someone does return the card. A few other ladies mentioned that there is a lot of theft that takes place at this gym. I understand that it's not under the control of GoodLife, but the front desk person who also was a manager was seriously lacking customer service. One more idea Goodlife, why not have 1 or 2 girls up front at reception and a few more walking around cleaning up the change rooms, there was kleenex all over the floor, water all over sink and floor in the washroom area and showers were simply filthy. Sorry for being so harsh but someone should seriously look into this location.
