  • When my air pressure light came on, I called this location to see if they could help. I took it in and they told me all 4 tires needed replacing and the car needed an alignment. Almost $600 later, my car had 4 new tires and an alignment. This was Friday. On Monday, I woke up to go to work and my back left tire was completely flat. I called the location again and they told me if I could somehow get it to them, they would look at it. So, after Triple A came out to make it drive able, I was able to take it in. They told me my back left tire had a hole in it and charged me yet another $30 for the service fee to fix it. If I hadn't had the warranty, I would have had to buy a new tire too when I spent so much on the tires just 2 days prior!!! The $30 may not seem like a big deal, but accompanied with the $590 I already spent and having to miss a day of work it's completely unreasonable. Throughout the entire experience, I felt I was being taken advantage of due to my age- I'm 21, my gender- I'm a female, and my obvious lack of car knowledge. Will never be going here again.
