We visited the studio yesterday to have pics taken for Father's Day of Dad and our daughters. I was extremely disappointed when I left there, especiall after repeatedly voiceing my concerns to our "photographer" Lesa who although she apologized did not offer to do anything to change the situation nor make us happy. Her lack of customer service skills was shocking. We specifically said we were there for father's day and that pic's of Dad and the girls were most important. As she was taking the shots we expressed our dislike of the poses and she just smiled and kept going. She asked my daughter to take off her shoes and she told Lesa she didn't want to because the backdrop was filthy. Then later in the shoot she wanted her to sit on the filthy floor. When we were reviewing the shots we expressed AGAIN that we did not like the poses and she didn't even offer to reshoot nor change anything. We only liked 3 of the shots and felt forced to spend the $60 for the sheets as were were getting nowhere with Lesa. Again before I paid I expressed that we were very unhappy with the pictures and that this was an extremely important day as we hadn't had pictures in a long time. When we were walking out and my daughter looked back Lesa was just smirking. That was the worst customer service we have ever had and the fact that she did not care if we were happy or not I am just shocked. I really want my money back. We have such a difficult time with getting everyone together that it is just disappointing, Not to mention the poses were not centered, not did she take the time to say "you are not close enough to dad" or your hair is covering your face. The only picture that was semi ok of the girls and their dad, well the girls were out of focus. GRRR! I don't know when I will get my family back in the same place again and am very upset that this turned out the way it did.
