This is a really nice hike that is only moderate. There is some uphill initially but after that there are mildly rolling uphills and downhills. The trail is very well marked and as you walk along the trail you can get really nice views of the entire surrounding area. And depending on what time of day you go, at least part of the trail will be in the shade. There is also easy ample parking, and a very nice bathroom at the start of the trail. If you want to ultra challenge yourself then go on Camelback. If you just want to enjoy a nice hike and get some exercise come here! BTW, With only a moderate pace, you can do the whole trail in 90 min
