  • I understand this time of year is hard for most retail employees and some days are stressful but being rude to a customer who politely asked you a simple question does not mean you have the right to be rude. I don't remember her name but she should have gone home if she was going to keep that attitude up. My cashier was nice but also quite annoying with how she spoke to everyone. Now I remember why I only come to BBW once or twice a year.....won't be returning to this location unless it is convenient.
