  • Diamond Market is a small sports-ish diner with lots of TVs and black-and-white photos of the square filling every available wall space. The service was casual and low-key. I didn't see a gluten-free bread option on the menu, so I went with a bowl of chili and their sweet potato fries. The chili was more of a cup than a bowl size, which worked out perfectly. It was just on the verge of being too salty, and with just enough jalapeƱo kick to make it worth eating. The sweet potato fries were a large portion and not your typical version, being quartered and sliced potatoes similar to a chip rather than the typical strip form. They left the skin on, which I loved, and seemed more baked than anything. The texture ranged from soft to chewy, depending on the size of the piece. My only critique would be to actually add the seasoning listed on the menu. I actually really liked them though... I'll come back here, for sure.
