Bryan (manager) was not helpful I wasn't explain properly on the 29.99 PER DAY charges and refuse to red flag so Hertz lost 2 weeks of car rental as we took our business some where else. Poor service and if they screw up or u screw up or both parties he will refuse to assist you and provide customer service or management service even said he highly doubt his rep of 3 years made that error.wow! Good luck but I wont do business here again.... Keep walking pass them your better of going to all the other rental that are around them.
