  • In my experience, the tastiest treats are found in places like Webers. Though the shop isn't much to look at from the outside, the second you step inside you can smell all the sugar. The store touts its famous Euclid Beach Park vanilla, Higbee's frozen malt, and dozens of other fresh flavors every day. Their frosted malt custard is one of my all-time favorites. I've been ordering it for years, and it's fantastic every time. Stop in and grab a scoop before they close for the season! Their pumpkin is the perfect chilly alternative to a PSL.
