  • The customer service while checking out has always been great, however the car wash attendant today was not very helpful. He saw me pull up with my bike rack on the back of my car and said I will have to hand wash your car because of the bike rack. I replied that it is easy to remove. So I step out of my car to remove the rack and both men stand beside me with their arms crossed. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I am a customer at their establishment, and did not appreciate their attempt to get a higher ticket price on my wash and then stand by and not even lend a hand putting the rack inside my car.
