  • Dr. McCulloch and his team at Horizon Eye Specialists are hands down the BEST. I came in from California due to serious eye complications. Very thorough exams, never rushed, professional and kind - the technicians took great concern and valued me as a patient. This is hardly a "factory" - everyone took their time in answering all of my questions. The follow-up calls and appointments for each eye surgery before, during and after was genuine and sincere. They billed my insurance directly and have worked wonderfully with getting all records to my Doctors in California. He is a Specialist of honest integrity - Dr McCulloch is extremely talented and loves helping people regain their sight. There's a reason why he has patients come from all over the country - He IS the very BEST. As far as wait-times....this goes for any doctor/dentist etc. - if you're scheduled in the afternoon, chances are you're at the mercy of.....other patients who ran late..... not the doctors and/or techs. If the first appointment is 5-10 mins late....it's a gradual build-up. THANK YOU Horizon Eye Specialists and Dr. McCulloch. I now have my sight on a bright future!
