  • Everything about this place is misleading. Like other reviewers have said, they use high pressure sales techniques to sucker unsuspecting folks into buying "discounted" (but still grossly overpriced) cosmetics, claiming that it will solve all your skin issues. For example, they will say that the original price is $1000 but they will sell it to you for $500 instead, acting like they're giving you some huge discount. Furthermore, they claim their products are "organic," which may or may not be true. Everything is made of chemicals, whether it grew in the soil or was manufactured in a lab. However, a cursory overview of the ingredients shows that there really isn't anything special or game-changing in it. To name a few, there's propylene glycol, aloe vera, cetearyl alcohol, and aqua (which is just water). Now don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with these ingredients; but you could get comparable items at drugstores or department stores for a fraction of the price. Also, there are NO REFUNDS. You have been warned. Before buying, they will not inform you of this. If it was indicated on any sign, it was not displayed in plain view (which in my personal opinion, is just deceptive). I was in Vegas with family and a female relative of mine wound up with peeling under eyes from the eye cream that a sales associate applied on her in the store. Her husband, who also tried the same product, ended up with red, irritated eyes, which went away only after he washed off the remaining product. Upon examining the receipt, they were dismayed to find the "NO REFUNDS" in tiny print at the very bottom. And to top it off, they had to call their bank in order to authorize the credit card transaction (because the bill was several thousand dollars) and still NO ONE bothered to inform them of the ridiculous no refund policy. This location is NOT a franchise and is not affiliated with the corporate company. In short, this means that if you have issues with the products and file a complaint to the company, they will not be able to do much about it because you bought it from an independent distributor, and not directly from the company. Bottom line: DO YOUR RESEARCH and do not buy from here... unless you have so much money that you just want to give it away. If that's the case, then they will be more than happy to take it.
