  • Took my car in for oil change....THEY broke oil filter and had to go to dealer for replacement...CHARGED ME $46.00 and had to wait over 2 hours...Now when I break something that belongs to some else, I OWN IT and pay for it.....can't believe they charged me when they broke it. Won't go back here again!! Steve was a fast talker and acted like it was the guy who did the previous oil change that he screwed it on too tight.....NOT woman friendly at all...seemed to think if they intimidated me I'd pay it....I did.......are any of them honest? So I'm out $46.00 but I hope this post causes people to be AWARE of dishonest FLETCHERS!!!
