  • Oh how much I wanted to love this place because it is so close to my home. I went in there in person to make a appointment for 3 people for gel manis and reg pedis. The owner said she would call to confirm. The day before the appt I never got a call, about 20 minutes before the appt she called but I didn't answer because we were getting ready and leaving to get there on time. When we walked in and saw everyone was busy we should have left. After about 15 min they filled the pedicure chairs with cold/luke warm water. Apparently their plumbing doesn't let them fill 3 chairs with hot water at the same time. The owner started on my friend, 20 min later someone started on me, and 45 min AFTER our appt the 3rd person in our group finally got a tech. The owner took all the walkins ahead of us and kept saying "well I called you to confirm" That was more than annoying bc like I said she called 20 min before the appt! People were lining up and the fact that she told everyone to wait when one woman with 3 kids offered to come back was making everyone uncomfortable don't tell people 10 min when there are only 4 techs and 3 haven't even finished our pedis let alone our nails. I have been getting gels for years and it was obvious that my girl had no clue. It took her 30 min to get my old gels off and with it she repeatedly burned me and removed most of my nails as well. The other tech had to keep stepping in to help. Now we have been there over 2 hours. She filed my nails to crazy uneven shapes and lengths. Finally since the other 2 in my party were done and I wasn't even painted yet the more experienced tech took over and reshaped my horrifically brittle nails. The paint job was mediocre and in 3 days 4 of my nails have broken. In all the years Ive done gels I never break a nail. I understand not wanting to turn away business but to rush, line people up, and do bad half assed job means you will lose all repeat business. On a side note my friend who had Leslie said she did a pretty good job on her nails but talked about death and hardships the whole time so it was pretty depressing for her. Overall all 3 of us were disappointed in some way and all 3 of us had chipping and breaking nails the next day.
