  • I've been coming here for the past 7-8 years for regular obgyn check ups and now for my first pregnancy. There has always been an issue with me when it comes to the front desk, they seem to either not know their job or have too much work to focus on what the customer needs. For the second time I've waited over an hour past my appointment time to see my doctor for a check up that literally takes 5 minutes. The first time my husband had to leave back to work because it was taking so long, and then again today when I get in, I see there is a 1.5 hour wait to see my doctor. Knowing my husband needs to be back at work I asked to just see his assistant, they said not a problem that there was only one person ahead of me. Well 45 minutes later my husband had no choice but to leave and they still hadn't called me back. So he missed seeing our baby again, wasted his time that could have been spent at work and has not had the opportunity to really talk to my doctor at all. This review is strictly for the front desk women, not my dr. He's great.
