  • I bought a deal on Groupon for Aetheraspa for a massage, facial, and paraffin treatment. I had been calling to make an appointment for two months and everytime I called no one would pick up and I would have to leave a message. I would eventually get a call back but missed the call and they left me a message to call them back. Well last month, December 2012, my Groupon was set to expire by the end of the month. So I kept calling them and everytime I would call, again no one would respond, and I left a message. No one called me back and when I called again, the voicemail was full and I couldn't even leave a message. I tried calling for weeks during December and no one would respond and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. My Groupon deal expired at the end of December and I was never able to redeem or use my Groupon deal. I have never called a business where no one ever answers the phone and where the mailbox is full and a customer can't leave a message. This is horrible customer service!! I have the worst impression of this place and I basically lost the money that I spent to get services done here. Would not recommend to anyone!!
