  • Open 24/7. Decent sized gym. Affordable. (Basic membership is $10/mo without contract) Friendly staff. The facility is clean and well maintained. A lot cardio equipment. Plenty of TVs in cardio area. Ample amount of weight machines and free weight area. A nice little corner area for stretching and working out abs. There is a 30 minute workout area with a red and green light to follow to transition from workout station to the next station. There are showers. A change room with lockers. (Bring your own padlock) No towel services. No scales. No sauna. No pool. No basketball courts. I chose the black membership. The black membership ($20/mo 1 year contract + $35 yearly fee) which ables you to have somebody accompany you whenever you choose to go, have a discount on drinks, unlimited access to massage chairs, hydro massage beds, tanning booths, and total fitness enhancing booths. Overall an adequate gym for the average gym goer.
