  • Me and my bf tried this place for Valentine's. Being new to Charlotte from SoCal means we are definitely spoiled with the best food, specially when it comes to sushi. We tried Ru San's not long and it was eh ok. The service was great. Here we ordered: Gyoza, Crispy Bagel Roll, Crazy Tuna Roll, Firecracker Roll and the simple Tuna Roll. All of them were pretty good. I love any roll with tuna, and the tuna tasted fresh. The Firecracker Roll and Tuna Roll were my favorite. We are used to more spicy and full of flavor rolls, we are yet to find a roll like that in Charlotte. But, non the less we'll be back at Yama to try other rolls.
