  • Took a pair of $250 Japanese Selvedge Denim Jeans to the shop for a taper and a hem. They screwed up and tapered outside cutting out the Selvedge. Why 5 stars? Good businesses make honest mistakes, great businesses go above and beyond to fix those mistakes. They replicated the Selvedge edge on the seam, which was not perfect but damn near perfect. They offered to refund me, i declined, They offered to deliver it to me the same day, I declined. They offered to purchase me a new pair which they knew would have needed to be ordered from Japan at well more than $250, if I was not satified. I respectfully declined. The couple who own this business truly care about their services and their customer. Not easy to come by these days. A full 5 stars and a customer for life.
