  • My girlfriend and I came here today to grab a cup of coffee because we are staying at the palazzo. For being in such a nice hotel I am appalled at how terrible the customer service was and how horrible the coffee is. Illy is supposed to be the best Italian coffee but the barista had not the slightest clue what he was doing. I work in specialty coffee and know what a good shot of espresso is supposed to look like. Let me tell you it's not what I saw here. The shot was pulled in about 8 seconds and tasted like water: I paid 6$ for a small latte that was terrible and the cashier was completely rude. I suggest going to coffee bean around the corner. and palazzo should really re consider having this establishment in their hotel as it does not reflect the quality the palazzo is know for.
