  • Absolutely love and trust the back office staff and Dr Wright. I do not appreciate how rude some of the receptionists are when trying to make an appt. Lisa, seems to be annoyed and rude when asking for certain times or trying to get knowledge on a broken bracket. She is the 'face' of the office and sets the tone for us patients. If it weren't for the outstanding work by Dr. Wright and his back office, I would have taken my money elsewhere. Today isn't the first time I've had issues trying to get in on a quick 'emergency' basis.
