  • I got a free room and only had to pay the daily resort fee, so I thought it would be a good idea. I was wrong. I would have rather paid to stay somewhere else than stay there for this deal. We had a pet room since I had my dog with me. First of all, it seems like they don't take care of the pet rooms because they think pets are gonna mess them up. I have a tiny dog that doesn't mess up furniture or anything, so I want a nice hotel room, not chewed corners on the couch and carpet that's coming up. Next, the room smelled horrible. I think this probably goes back to being the pet floor. My thoughts...if you have animals staying in your hotel, that floor needs extra attention from housekeeping! Seems like common sense to me. My biggest complaint about staying here is how inconvenient it is to get to your room. If you park in the garage, you take the elevator up to the second floor, but then have to go back to the casino floor in order to get on the next elevator to go to your room. It's the worst design ever! If you valet, it's at least a five minute walk to the elevators. (I walk fast) Being a local and not wanting to deal wth the casino, made this super annoying. Other things that happened during my stay, the phone was broken and they were supposed to send someone to fix it but never did. Also, they were supposed to send a maid up for a deep cleaning after I complained about the room and that didn't happen either.
