First visit to this place and it will be the last. Apparently it has been open for about 3 years and it appears that it hasn't been cleaned well since it opened. Instead of talking about it, since words are subjective, I posted a bunch of photos in the gallery. Just take a look at them and see for yourself. A picture is worth a thousand words.....
Additionally, I aw employees using the restroom but when I went in the men's room there was no hand soap? The iced tea container at the drink station was uncovered and there was visible "stuff" floating on top.
I emailed the CEO of the company to inform him of the condition of this franchised location and included the same photos that are on here. His response was unbelievable. No apology, only a statement that the owner has always done a good job but he is currently away from the business. What? Always done a good job but the place is clearly not maintained and hasn't been for many months. The CEO then suggested that he would be willing to "buy my meal" IF I tried another location and did not find it to be better then the Tempe location. Wow, way to extend yourself and try to retain a customer. I declined his offer to try another location. Once was enough and if the CEO doesn't care enough to even apologize or say he will find out what is going on and get it fixed, then I certainly don't care enough to spend money with them.
The food was mediocre. Meat heated in the microwave is really not appetizing.
