  • Is there a company more dishonest or disloyal than cox? Perhaps, but I can't think of one. They recently pulled a Wells Fargo like scam on me- added feature I didn't agree to or even discuss thus increasing my bill. Their customer service reps and supervisors are unbelievably useless. Shame, shame, shame on Cox.
