  • Don't use this service, they rape you on Data usage. I have 2 people in my household. After speaking to many cox care representatives they all said that it is astonishing with only two people we would be going over like that. Neither of us play online gaming and only stream off Netflix and Hulu and we keep going over. Tried to have them help to figure it out as it keeps gradually going up and they suggested paying more for extra data or unlimited data. Offered for ME to purchase 3rd party software to see why my data is going over. Verified that no one is on my internet and no viruses on our computers. They try to force you into purchasing more things to use their services. Worst mistake moving here and getting them set up.
