  • Being new to the area, I tried this place for a manicure. The girl who did my nails seemed to be very inexperienced, and while she took her time it just was not a great job. That in itself wouldn't stop me from trying them again, but the attitude from some staff would. I was sitting right beside the reception desk when a lady came in to ask when they opened the next day as she wanted to make an appointment. The answer she got was, well we open at ten but we are usually pretty late. The lady asked what time she should come at again, and the receptionist said, oh maybe around 11? In my view this is no way to run a business and this along with the manicure not being great is why I won't be back.
